1. Zero Data Collection
Daydream Labs LLC ("we", "our", or "us") builds software with a strict privacy-first architecture. Our applications do not collect, log, track, transmit, or sell any personal information, device identifiers, usage analytics, or browsing history. There are no advertising SDKs or third-party tracking frameworks integrated into our apps.
2. Local On-Device Storage
All words, personal notes, favorites, and user preferences created in Lexicon are stored locally on your device inside secure Apple sandbox containers. Data shared between the main app and the Lexicon Share Extension stays exclusively on your device via local Apple App Group containers.
3. Operating System Frameworks
Dictionary lookups and audio speech pronunciations utilize Apple's built-in operating system frameworks (UIReferenceLibraryViewController and AVSpeechSynthesizer) directly on your device without transmitting queries to external servers.
4. Data Ownership & Portability
You retain complete control over your data at all times and may export your saved vocabulary in standard CSV or JSON formats or delete your local library whenever you choose.
